Early pass pick-up is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Please text us at +1 323-205-5450 when you arrive at the property, and a Velocity Events concierge will be happy to assist you with your passes.


‍Friday, November 22nd
Pass pick-up is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The pick-up station will be located inside the Platinum Hotel & Spa, once you enter the hotel lobby, go to your right across from the elevators and you will see a concierge desk, the persons name is Tony. If you have any issues, feel free to text us for assistance.
